Founder & CEO

Vanessa brings three decades of diversified strategic and purposeful experiences leading marketing and advertising, leveraging ESG to further client’s mission and revenue goals. As a trusted advisor and partner, her business acumen enables her to develop omnichannel strategies that address increasing ROI for billion-dollar roundtable brands like AT&T, P&G, PepsiCo, General Motors, McDonald’s among others.

She has held leadership roles in Account Management, Strategy, Media, Investment, DE&I and Supplier Diversity at VaynerX, Omnicom, IPG, Publicis, Fluent360 and Carol H Williams to name a few. Vanessa is a “Swiss Army Knife”, with an agile ability to envision, create and execute sustainable strategies in competitive markets.

Vanessa’s passion also extends to helping people find their SUPERPOWER and voice through Executive and Transformational Life Coaching. She founded Coaching Life’s Journey LLC to provide a safe space and the opportunity to have conversations that profoundly change lives and develops high performing cultures that fuel personal and business growth.

As a transformational leader, Vanessa is regarded as a thought leader, speaker, coach, and advisor. She served on the board of The Metropolitan Board of the Chicago Urban League and Circulation Verification Council, and currently sits on the board of Empow(H)er Cybersecurity and is a member of CHIEF. Vanessa earned a bachelor’s degree from Governors State University and holds a Diversity & Inclusion certification from Cornell University.
